What is social media?  Social media does NOT fit into the "traditional" advertising/promotional models.  It is sites like Facebook. Twitter.  And new this month, Google+. To be completely honest, the value of these in selling a home is still largely untested and the tools are being refined.  What we can promise is that we are:

1. Posting you listing on our facebook wall

2. "Tweeting" your listing along with it's website

3. Constantly examining this emerging field for the best usage possible.
